The best kept secret in Western Ma. A small restaurant with great staff, great food and an amazing bartender named Tad!! Only 10 seats at the bar you need to get there early to get a seat. 45 minutes after open, the bar is full. There are tables that are spacious and a outdoor deck for the warmer weather. The food, the dusted wings were outstanding! We had the Smokin Sausage pizza with red sauce instead of what's offered on the menu. So good, thin crust, fresh ingredients and hot!! This is a must place to try if your out and about in Hatfield . The locals live this place!!

Cannot recommend this location enough. Best pizza I've had and the toffee bunt cake was incredible. Was able to get a seat in a reasonable amount of time even though they were completely packed. The bartender was very personable and checked in frequently even with how busy it was. I just wish I lived closer!

People might not realize this but the owners are working bar and making pizzas. They care about everything they do, from customer service to quality of food. We need more local gems like this! The pizza is unquestionably the best in the area, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Absolutely fabulous from the moment you walk in!
Outstanding food, excellent service and very cool atmosphere. Found this establishment on a whim and it definitely did not disappoint. The staff was welcoming and attentive from the time we arrived until we left. The menu was expansive and the food was perfectly prepared and presented. Will patronize again; highly recommended!
Someone told us about The Mill River Tavern, we had to go try it, I can say it’s a hidden gem in Hatfield. We first ordered a drink (great selection of beers) and had to try the pizza, we ordered all hamburger, onions and 1/2 mushrooms. The pizza was great and was out really fast. Later on the waitress came over to us with another pizza. She tells us, we made your first pizza wrong and want to know if you want this one to take home, free? We declined but were very grateful and asked if the other table (retirement party) would like it and they did. Waitress was awesome, super friendly and always checking on us. We will definitely be going back. I was watching some of the food coming out and it all looked delicious. This is just a cute little local tavern that aims to please.
